It’s been 5 months since Eat It Rich has posted a new recipe. His blog is basically abandoned. We may have to come to terms with the fact that Claude Stahel may never come back.
Who can blame him?
While YouTube makeup girls multiplied and prospered and basked in the glory of Corporate Sponsorship, and while lesser chefs drew accolades, comments, and popularity with compromised Americanized Beef Stroganoff, he travelled the European countryside in obscurity.
Literally in a van down by the river, he was never made a YouTube partner. He never had more than 500 subscribers. No one seemed to care at all.
Claude is obviously a talented man, with many passions, and many friends. Why would he bother? No doubt he is enjoying a dunkel with 200 bikers instead of crying over his low view count, no doubt eating it rich no matter where he is.
